"We initially felt unsafe here . This was probably not a fair assessment- it was based on how we felt that day . We did leave the hotel to stay somewhere else as I was feeling anxious. We return the next morning abd the staff had been really worried about us . They had explained that security was very high . We were taken about about how much they cared . It is an INCREDIBLE place! The staff are beyond professional and friendly!! It was the best ever holiday experience of this type. Do yourself a favour and just go! We stayed 5 days, I think 3-4 days are enough. Also go halfboard, slightly cheaper. Full board is just way too much food.

On arrival we were greeted by Marcia who made us so welcome. She was so friendly and really helpful. We stayed in the Rose suite which is stunning, very comfortable king bed, spacious room and bathroom. Breakfast was outside on the veranda with beautiful views of the garden and ocean. Very quiet and peaceful location and very good value for money.
