"It was like a dream - from check in to check out! The staff were so friendly and kind. The hostess Deepali was delightful and took time to chat with us. Everyone made us feel special. Loved the pool and the fitness room to change in. Our room was huge. Loved the extras from the welcoming ceremony to the light and sound show by the pool!"

"The room was decent but not what I expected. Breakfast was decent but definitely better places to stay in the area. Very convenient location however but the part that gave me the ick was how many little flies were in the bathroom and I also found a spider hiding under the sink. If you plan to be out all day and spend very little time in the room, then it works. "

"I was skeptical about this hotel when first viewing it online. I had been to India before and burned by photos that do not represent current conditions at the hotel. That was not the case at Majlis. The hotel is not new and shows its age, but it is really good by local standards. The general neighborhood is also safe and vibrant, and includes plenty of shops and restaurants within a short walk. The staff was very kind and helpful, and always welcomed me back with a smile. I would definitely stay at Majlis again. "
