"The suite was beautiful, everything was in great condition with complimentary sparkling water as well! Location was quite walkable from tourist attractions. The staff were very pleasant and helped us store our luggage before our check in time!"

"Breakfast was not included, but we had both breakfast and a lunch in the Sky Bar rooftop. The staff was incredible from our arrival til we left. Toby helped us get our car to the garage, Michael was my go to for everything! We had an issue with our shower and the maintenance showed up immediately. A day later he gave us help finding a doctor for my friend. Every person at the desk was the most helpful. "

"The hotel is in a great location opposite the Mirabell Gardens and superb public transport is outside too with a direct service to and from the airport (bus no 2). The reception and breakfast staff are amazing and the Gluewien in the cafe is the best in Salzburg- we did extensive testing! The breakfast set us up for the day and was very good. All tastes are catered for with fresh eggs available to order. Some might say the room is small however it is more than adequate with big bed (extra pillows from reception) 2 chairs to and shower in the bathroom. It is not a modern character less hotel like a Travelodge or Premier Inn etc. there are fast food places nearby or wander for 5-10 minutes for great restaurants. Overall highly recommended."

"Check-in was quick because I completed online check-in. Unfortunately the Guest Mobility pass wasn't sent to me but a 24 hour pass is under €5. The best part of the hotel is waking up to a mountain view in the morning. "

"All the rooms have amazing view facing the alps and the castle. We love watching sunrise and sunset from our room! Amazing location right next to bus terminal for all of our day trips. Supermarket inside the station is a plus, and it opened during holidays even when everything else was closed. Great location and great hotel! "
