"We had an amazing time here! Our terrace room had a beautiful view, the breakfast was lovely and the staff were amazing! They made reservations for us and brought us extra toiletries multiple times. Everyone was so friendly! The location of the hotel couldn’t be better either. Staying here enhanced how magical our stay in Camogli was!"
"We had a pleasant 3-night stay overall. We particularly enjoyed the pool, the peaceful surroundings, and the generally good-quality food. The complimentary tea served daily from 5–6 pm was also a nice touch.
However, for a listed 4-star property, we found the experience somewhat underwhelming. Our room was clean but quite small. One day we found lots of ants coming in through the main room door.
There were also a few issues with the food. One evening we found a piece of plastic in our pasta....
"Breathtaking! The breakfast was incredible with fresh squeezed orange juice. The drinks at the pool bar were pricey but this stay was incredible. Make sure you call for the complimentary shuttle up the hill - the walk is brutal with luggage - the drivers were all wonderful."
