"Communication from booking was great. Arrival instructions great. The house was lovely, everything you needed was there. First impressions clean, securely gated complex and quiet.This complex is brand new but sadly has the potential to go downhill very quickly. We stay in this area a lot and these were pretty much one of the best however the following small things need addresing before it becomes tatty, and that would be a shame. 1) security gate broken all week, never required pin once. "We had a lovely 6 day stay in July… close to the airport with free parking, several nice pools and excellent food with great variety at buffet! Heated pool didn’t feel very heated but it didn’t affect our overall experience too much. Parking gets busy but there’s free parking on the adjacent street so it wasn’t an issue. Rooms were clean and comfortable. My partner has a nut allergy and Sergio in the main Drago restaurant went above and beyond to assist him with ensuring he could enjoy the full variety of options in the buffet safely - aside from this, his service was also exceptional and we loved seeing his smiley face at mealtimes! "
