"The staff was very friendly and willing to accommodate your requests. It was a little inconvenient that the front desk had limited operation hours and that there were limited dining options in the neighborhood (no food delivery available via Uber Eats either), but still the friendly service overtakes these little inconveniences. "Overall the hotel is ok. It was clean, quiet, and the room was pretty comfortable. Also, very close to the train station heading into Düsseldorf. On the other hand, the internet was down all evening and night and the personnel could be a bit more welcoming. Smile sometimes, people!"
