"We stayed at Residenza Olivo for one week and unfortunately our experience was disappointing overall. The apartment itself was mostly clean and the location was good, however a major issue was that the air conditioning — which is clearly advertised as an included amenity — was completely switched off. This was not mentioned anywhere on Expedia or the property’s own website before booking. We reported the issue during our stay and were eventually told that the system had been turned off because it was considered “too cold at night,” but no alternative solution was offered. Unfortunately, the apartment became very uncomfortable at times, our sleep was affected, and this triggered migraines during the trip. Had we known the air conditioning would be unavailable, we would likely have chosen alternative accommodation. The most disappointing part was the lack of transparency and the handling of the complaint afterward, it feels like they don't care. We understand seasonal systems can happen, but this should be clearly stated before booking so guests can make an informed decision. Overall, the stay did not match the amenities that were advertised and I wouldn't recommend this place."

"Had a great time and was perfect for a base for a week away. Apartment was modern and clean. Bedding was provided and towel hire was easy. The aircon unit didn't work but it was quite cool in there anyway. Shower did take a while to drain so could build up water during a shower. There was a bit of noise a few nights due to inconsiderate guests but would not fault the hotel for that. The hotel is on the same location as Hotel Marco Polo so you check in there. Market was disappointing. Empty shelves and had no milk over the weekend so had to walk 20 mins to Garda for basics. Pool area by the Pizzaria was the best pool. Water is cold but the area is nice and clean. Pizza restaurant was amazing and went a few nights during our stay. "

"This place is absolutely BREATHTAKING!!! We couldn't have possibly picked a better place to spend our vacation. The views are incredible. The staff is even better! You will fall into complete relaxation and be proud of where you are. They have a heated indoor/outdoor pool as well as a "sport pool that is still at a very comfortable temperature. The amenities are great! Free sauna(s) and gym while taking in the views. The town of Torri del Benaco is close but it's not an easy drive if you rented your own car, nor walk. The property provides round trip shuttle service for $20. You can also rent bikes and Vespa's. We enjoyed every second of our stay at Cape of Senses!"

"Had supper one evening. Was going to go out but decided to stay at the hotel. Big mistake, it was awful! Mainly some salads, and ran out of main course. When they did replenish it was cold. Ended up still going out to eat."

"The staff are really friendly, on hand for all your needs. We were here on bed & breakfast, and found out they did free cake and coffee at 3pm which was a nice treat. Room and pool area was really clean. Beautiful views of the lake and really close to the restaurants. Looking forward to going back!!"
