"The Valet parking was confusing when we first got there and there's no self-parking. For the price/resort fees/etc. we think our valet parking should have been included. The bar was great and we like the bartender Brian. Wish Happy Hour would have gone until 7pm like the website says. Patio pool view was obstructed by too many plants. AC in the room was very noisy, and the TV hopped channels on it's own and was quite annoying."

"The hotel is very dated in need of a renovation, the shower tiles need to be deep cleaned there was quite some build up from a lack of cleaning. The customer service for the check in was smooth and welcoming, I never stopped by the desk to check. I had only two staff members greet me during my entire stay one was a grounds keeper & 1 was a room attendant I feel like there is room for improvement it’s free to say hello and good morning quite disappointed in the customer service. "

"Everything was beautiful and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The showers were hot even after washing clothes and 3 other showers before me. The view and the Florida room were my favorite part. The host had great communication and were willing to have a handy man come out asap for a clogged sink. I cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you!"
