"Friendly staff. Room was dirty, especially the bathroom. Toilet hadn't been cleaned, tub had hair in it. Ice machine broken. I wouldn't recommend this place and will not stay there again."

"Bathroom was not very clean. Mold in shower, something splattered on the wall next to the toilet. Very dirty grout on the floor. Light above the coffee bar was burnt out. "

"I had a horrible experience. I booked in advance and when arrived they have given my room up because I didn’t checkin by 6pm and we arrived around 8pmbut I paid for the room already. This was during a busy weekend where the furniture convention was in town and every hotel was book within and 1 and 10mins distance. We were lucky to have found a motel which was horrible and dirty but we had no choice e. This hotel left us in a city with no hotel, no other options and the night staff was so rude and they tried charged us and said it was a no show until I told them that they needed to pull up cameras and I was going to dispute it with my bank if they didn’t refund."

"Our group had the BEST stay!! Plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable, and plenty of space for us to gather and hang out!! Could not recommend this property more!"

"Wow this place was amazing! Right on the river surrounded by nature! Close enough to downtown Columbus for shopping and restaurants but far enough away to feel secluded! Also, if you have a boat or trailer, there’s plenty of parking in the huge yard! Thanks for an amazing stay! Mike "
