This beautiful brand new 4 bedroom waterfront home is equipped with everything for the perfect stay in Leeville. Has 2 large screened porches 1 upstairs and 1 downstairs and both have TVs in them. This camp comes equipped with washer and dryer, all bedrooms come with a tv. Kitchen is equipped with granite counter tops, and floating cypress shelving. Ice maker is also available in the kitchen. Pellet grill and boiling pot set up available at the property. Canal access may be limited due to conditions. Boat slips and launches nearby.

  • Sunset from Grand Isle State Park, near the southern tip of Louisiana. We didn't know you could drive 1.5 hours south of New Orleans, but you can to reach this beautiful state park. Grand Isle is mostly a summer community but it was sunny and warm and nearly empty for us in early March. The RV park was a great place to stay -- one of our favorites, right next to the beach and with nature paths nearby. We walked on the beach by day, and grilled burgers and sat by the campfire at night. Perfect layout for a friends/fam to recharge their batteries. We ultimately went for an offshore fishing trip (sadly we paid a few K for a hung over captain who would rather be anywhere but on the water) and were SO happy for this oasis of a home! Also- check out the bow fishing 5 min away: so fun!

Rented the house for the boat access but the water in the canal leading to the house was less than 1 foot at low tide and maybe 1.5 ft at high tide.The road noise was loud all night as it is across from the turn to the bridge.Besides that it was very clean.
