we got there around 11am and check in wasnt until 3pm. we really needed a room because our 2 babies had to nap(they were cranky). they had us pay the $80 for early check in even though our floor had multiple rooms available when we got up there. most the staff was nice. staff at the buffet were kinda slow, we would be done with our food and they still havent offered water or any drinks. we’d end up leaving the buffet sometimes without having a drink of water at all. we were there for 6 days, food was okay. meat was overcooked most the time & hard to chew. we chose this hotel for our toddler (2yrs old) because we saw the kiddy pool/slide area. she wasnt even allowed to ride any of the slides and we werent allowed to go on it with her. had i known that info alone, i would have chose a better resort. guy at the front told us he’d send over a cake to our room for our baby’s birthday and he never did. our bathroom didnt even have the included toiletries. i only knew about it on day 4 of our trip when the cleaning lady left some conditioner, shampoo and lotion. we never had those the first 4 days. overall stay was 3/5 stars, it’s also pretty close to the airport

The elevator doesn’t work and my husband was trapped in it as soon as we arrived. The gym was unusable as it was under water. There is nothing close by in terms of groceries, the Walmart is closest but would be a 25 minute walk and do not recommend it. The appliances worked but all the cupboards smelled strong like vinegar. The safe didn’t work and the door code didn’t work and when we locked the door it still banged around because it didn’t fit properly. The pool was nothing special at all. The place was large, nice bedding, tons of towels, but overall not worth it. We were happy to check out. I wouldn’t stay here again.
