"Pamela was a wonderful host! She made sure all the essentials for our stay were there, including laundry soap so that we could do wash, as our baggage was delayed by 5 days! She even volunteered to be present at the house on the day our luggage was supposed to be delivered, in case we were out. That was especially appreciated, as the next day I was to run the Frankurt Mainova Marathon and had to pick up my race materials at the Expo that day. "The hotel is nice and clean and has been recently refurbished, breakfast was great, lots of options and all fresh. Staff were friendly. Only problem was not being able to access the water dispenser between 10am and 6.30pm. Probably need to have one on one of the open areas. Would be great if there was a bar fridge in the room and a Kettle to make tea (I got one form reception but had to ask for it)"
