"The room and bathroom were clean and nice. However, the elevator would play a church bell every time you went on it. It was so loud it woke me up multiple times from my room. Unfortunately, my room was also next to housekeeping, where they were playing music at 6:15am. I also paid $26 for breakfast for two when I reserved the room but never got it nor was it addressed when I checked in. Also, they charged $10 for parking after I paid for the room. This was not previously advertised when making the booking. Finally, the lobby reeked of strong cologne the whole time, which affected my allergies."

"The young lady was very nice at the front desk. The manager on duty (Tammy) could have been a bit more personable, but that’s my opinion. Not even a good afternoon or welcome upon waiting in line. As she was helping another customer, she bluntly said she can help you over here. I will not come back to this specific hotel for this specific reason. "
