Newly built in 2021, this cottage is clean and modern on the inside while the cedar shingles gives it a traditional coastal feel. The living room has a comfortable new sleeper sofa and large TV, the kitchen has a bar that flows into the dining room with a large window. The bedroom is cozy with a new organic mattress and beautiful wood queen bed frame, down comforter and a large closet. The bathroom has a full bath/shower with beautiful grey wood tile and is right next to the laundry room where you have your own washer and dryer.
Being located in the Port of Gold Beach allows the option for walking to the beach, watching the seals on the docks, or taking a stroll under the Patterson Bridge. Close acces to fishing, hiking, or take a ride on the Jet Boats up the beautiful Rogue River.
* This home is located on property that is still being developed, therfore landscaping is not done and interior construction is underway on 4 other cottages.
