"O Hotel Crystal é uma estrutura antiga em Goiânia que passou por algumas reformas, mas ainda deixa muito a desejar em termos de conforto.
Atendimento: A recepção foi eficiente e cordial, e o serviço de manobrista também funcionou bem.
Elevador: Há apenas um elevador disponível, e ele é extremamente demorado, o que gera bastante incômodo, principalmente em horários de pico.
Quarto (304): A cama foi, sem dúvidas, a pior em que já dormi. Extremamente dura, prejudicou minha coluna e me fez passar...

"Ótimo custo x beneficio. Hotel limpo, organizado e com cara de novo. Café da manhã bem completinho e gostoso, muito bom. Única ressalva é a cortina que, mesmo tendo blackout, não segura a luminosidade e 6:30h da manhã o quarto já está claro. Mas no geral o hotel vale muito a pena."
