The Non smoking apartment offers a tasteful and cozy, with two sofa beds, a small extension wall, a flat-screen TV, DVD player and stereo radio, furnished living room. The floor is completely tiled. The bedroom on the upper floor is furnished with a double bed and a spacious wardrobe. Here Aulegware was given preference. Rounding out the Wohnambiete by connecting to both rooms, each separately to be entered balconies, which are aligned to the Baltic Sea and afford a small view of the sea. In the purposefully corner kitchen, you will find in addition to the usual standard a stove with 4 hotplates and oven, and a dishwasher.
The bathroom is fully tiled and equipped with a shower. The apartment is still a separate lockable basement as Unterstellmöglichkeit for brought bikes o. Ä.
A washing machine and dryer in the open basement area can be used free of charge depending on the operability and availability. A small parking space is also available during your holiday stay free of charge indoors. Your stay in the apartment will be completed by the free use of the small community swimming pool and the sauna, which is available for a small fee, in case of availability and availability.
As a special highlight, you can reach the private Baltic Sea beach and the promenade via a private access to the apartments of the house "Quisisana °".

The holiday property you choose is a maisonette apartment with a touch of luxury and a private beach access in a 1997 built in the Baltic Sea style house, in which several apartments are located. The heated and thus year-round bookable apartment is located in the lower floor of the center house. The bedroom is reached via a staircase within the apartment. The apartment also has a living room, an open kitchen and a shower-toilet-bath. Shared pool (free of charge) and sauna (chargeable) are very welcome by the guests, especially in the cooler seasons. A small free parking space and a lockable cellar for bicycles or other are also available free of charge. !!!!! From 06. May 2019 to approx. 15. On June 30, 2019, the balcony parapets and the façade are painted on the house, in the meantime the house is scaffolded and the parking lot for the apartment is partially unavailable. Please note: no parking space available at this time !!!!!
