"Pros: Perfect location for Seefeld Langlauf and Gschwandtkopf ski piste and for local buses to Roshütte ski and Leutaschtal/Wildmoos areas. Great snow and weather, but sadly this cannot be garanteed :). Small but comfortable and cosy flat with good views over the Wetterstein mountains. Nice spacious bathroom. "Pros: The highlight of the place is definitely the balcony/location. It is just a place to stay and linger admiring the view. Either during the day or even at night with a blanket. The nearby lake and mountains are great for hiking and relaxing. We even hiked all the way to the Italian border! That being said the house is also completely renovated so it is definitely great as well. Everything is according to the pictures."
