Excellent stay at Hotel Europa. Very comfortable hotel - modern, clean and spacious room, with great bed and mattress. Perfect location - short walk to rail station and very close to the best parts of the old town. Wonderful breakfast selection.

A very pleasing stay. The hotel is very well-located, within walking distance to major attractions and other conveniences such as restaurants and shops. The room is spacious and clean. Breakfast provided is good.

This hotel is very convenient to the old town and many restaurants and shops. The staff was very friendly. Everything in the hotel is clean and well thought out. Room was spacious, shower and bathroom were nice. Breakfast had an excellent assortment. Would easily recommend this hotel.

Good location in the old town area. Room was quite large and breakfast was very good. Check-in closes at 8pm (strange). Our train was delayed so we knew we wouldn’t be there before 8pm. I called head of time and they arranged to have our room key put in a lock box at the front door. Certainly there is no staff in sight after 8pm. There is no A/C in the room and even in May it was pretty stuffy (I did notice a fan in the closet though).

We stayed because they had free parking for our 1-day rental car, to be returned the next morning. THE PARKING WAS VERY CONFUSING (2 DIFFERENT LOCATIONS) with different rules re: getting in and out

Das bezogene Zimmer war gut, ebenso das Frühstück. Das Personal freundlich. Zudem liegt das Hotel sehr zentral, wo dem Grunde nach alles vor Ort zu Fuß erkundet werden kann. Aus meiner Sicht daher sehr zu empfehlen.

Immer wieder war super

Die Zimmer waren super, die Betten hervorragend mit verstellbaren Lattenrost. Das Frühstück war lecker und das Personal immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal für Stadterkundigungen.

Ein Hotel in der Fußgängerzone

Von außen ist das Hotel Europa eher unscheinbar. Kommt man in der 1. Etage bei der Rezeption an, fällt einem zumindest bei dem, was man von hier aus sehen kann, sofort auf, daß all das sehr gepflegt, nahezu wie neu aussieht. Die Dame an der Rezeption war herzlich freundlich und neben der Zimmerkarte erhielten wir noch einige Informationen über die Stadt Görlitz. Auch das Zimmer war wie neu. Es hatte eine angenehme Größe, ein Doppelbett, einen Schrank, in dem auch zwei Personen ihre Wäsche einräumen können, und ein Bad, das ebenfalls alles Notwendige beinhaltete und eine vernünftige Größe aufwies. Einen Stern abzug lediglich, weil das Bett sich am Ende als etwas zu weich erwies, der Fernseher recht klein ausgefallen war und die Dusche in ihrer Art nicht ganz modern war. Das im Preis enthaltene Frühstück gab es in Buffetform, war sehr schön angerichtet und sollte für jeden etwas zu bieten gehabt haben. Uns hat alles, was wir gegessen hatten, sehr gut geschmeckt. Wir können das Hotel Europa für ein Wochenende in Görlitz auch aufgrund seines Preis-Leistungsverhältnis empfehlen, zumal es auch in der Fußgängerzone der Stadt gut gelegen ist und die Stadt von hier aus gut zu Fuß zu erkunden ist. Wer sein Auto nicht in der Nähe an der Straße in der Parkraumbewirtschaftung abstellen will, kann bei Verfügbarkeit für 7,50€ pro Nacht einen Stellplatz auf dem rückseitigen Parkplatz des Hotels zuweisen lassen.

Sehr angenehmes Hotel, direkt im Zentrum der wirklich wunderschönen Stadt, TZram direkt vor der Tür und Parkmöglichkeiten um die Ecke. Sauber, freundlich, Fahrstuhl und super Frühstück. Toll ist der Terassenbereich, wo man auch natürlich frühstücken kann. Sehr sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, ich war absolut begeistert :)
