"The apt itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as expected. We had a great visit. I did have some ??s when checking in. I didnt expect to have to haul luggage up multiple flights of stairs. No elevator is available and posting didnt note the floor level. The apt numbers are not in order as you climb the stairs which was a minor point of confusion as we climbed. "The room was amazing. Spotless, quiet, and comfortable. The only problem I had is that Expedia apparently didn't contact the hotel to actually reserve my room. The hotel staff said it wasn't the first time!!! What the heck?!?! Why can't Expedia simply do what they are paid and promise o do. Will probably book hotels directly in the future if I can't trust Expedia to do their job!!!!!!!!!"
