The Mathea Beach House is located directly on the shores of Lake Fleesen, nestled in a picturesque nature reserve. Here you’ll find your very own personal paradise—whether you’re a family, a nature lover, a sports enthusiast, or someone seeking peace and quiet.


Your luxurious temporary home
Spread across two stylishly furnished floors and approximately 85 m², a first-class holiday experience awaits you. The entire house is equipped with cosy underfloor heating, which ensures pleasant warmth even on cooler days. In the spacious living area, a modern leather couch invites you to relax, while the fireplace ensures cosy evenings. The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired: from Kahla porcelain to a dishwasher, built-in stove, refrigerator with freezer, toaster, coffee maker, and WMF cutlery—everything you need is here. And best of all: tea, coffee, spices, and much more are included!


Pure comfort and relaxation
Upstairs, you’ll find two lovingly designed bedrooms and a modern bathroom that leaves nothing to be desired. On the ground floor, you’ll also have access to an additional guest bathroom as well as a storage room with a washing machine and dryer.


Your private paradise surrounded by nature
The beautifully landscaped garden is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sun. On the terrace, you can admire the sunset with a direct view of the lake while sipping a cup of tea or a glass of wine. The enclosed property offers plenty of space for children to play and run around, while the adjacent forest invites you to take idyllic walks or jogs—ideal for leaving the daily grind behind.


Endless recreational opportunities
Right on your doorstep lies a large meadow offering numerous recreational and sports activities: a football field, a beach volleyball court, playgrounds, a paddling pool, a ping-pong table, and the adventurous Kids Flying Fox are all waiting to be discovered. Golf enthusiasts can indulge their passion at five first-class golf courses.


Water fun for the whole family
In the “Land of 1,000 Lakes,” there’s naturally an abundance of water sports to enjoy. With its direct swimming spots and family-friendly shallow shores, Fleesensee is perfect for swimming and splashing around. Our favourite restaurants are “Don Camillo” in Malchow and “Seewirtschaft” in Untergöhren—both are definitely worth a visit!
