"Great & comfortable hotel to visit Ghent. Easy walk to the main train station."

"Your staff were a credit to you, simply brilliant and faultless, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The facilities and cleanliness were excellent too, breakfast also excellent, thank you. My only criticism would be the additional cost for parking, which we felt was excessive. "

"Second time staying here & overall another positive experience. It's a great hotel, with excellent facilities if you are a cyclist and with a perfect location in Oudenaarde. Only downside on this visit, we stayed 3 nights & the room was serviced but no coffee, milk etc replenished. Also the fire alarm went off in the night and people were evacuating themselves, no staff available to help or explain. Then after standing outside for 10 minutes the alarms stopped. Still no staff explanation. Not very good if there was indeed a fire!! "

"Grande chambre pour un prix très mesuré. Par contre tout est vétuste, la literie, la chasse d'eau qui coule en permanence, les rideaux qui pendent, le drap troués, la poussière sur les meubles, etc..."
