They need a professional cleaning using degreaser to remove what they had put on the floor something like Spray mine ! ...

The host was easily accessible and responded promptly. However, the landscape did not match the pictures. The scrubs required trimming. The kitchen tile was cracked in multiple areas, and some cabinets were missing doors. On a positive note, the appliances had been updated.
