Private: property 3'000 m2 (fenced), garden 100 m2, meadow 2'000 m2, swimming pool (above ground) (2 x 4 m, depth 110 - 110 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Aug.). In the house: infrared sauna, billiard table, table football, washing machine, tumble dryer. Available: bicycles. Parking on the premises. Shop 2 km, grocery 6 km, supermarket 6 km, restaurant 6 km, bus stop 40 m, railway station 12 km, 70 m, public bathing area 10 km. Nearby attractions: Międzyzdroje 90 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Dobre 10 km. Please note: The owner does not accept any youth groups. Fishing [permit required]. Animals in the neighbourhood. There is a key box by the entrance door (self-check-in possible).

Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed. 1 room with 3 beds. 1 room with 3 beds. Bath/WC. Gas heating. Terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. Facilities: sauna, logs (free). Internet (WiFi, free). Parking. Please note: maximum 3 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm. Games room: 50 m² billiards room with karaoke equipment on the ground floor. Upon request: 5-seater car (EUR 50/day plus fuel). Boat is a motorboat (EUR 200/day). TV channels also in German. IMPORTANT: Free electricity up to 30 kWh, after that PLN 1.38 per kWh.

Einkaufsmöglichkeit sind gut zu erreichen, aber es lohnt sich auch Mal zu schauen was Saisonal angeboten wird. innerhalb 1 Std. Sind größere Städte und Touristisch
