"Very disappointing stay. The whole place was rundown. We had three rooms for two nights. They all stank – two of terrible damp and one of urine. One room didn’t have any towels. The shower cubicle door didn’t close. No attempt was made to apologise for the shortcomings but I was given some air freshener! I tried to get towels for our room but the office was shut until 9 am and the Emergency phone messaging service was full so I couldn’t leave a message! If there had been an emergency, I don’t know how this venue would have coped"
