Apartment Süssling with garden

  • The apartment is located on the ground floor of the house, has its own entrance and is designed for 2 people.
    The tiled living room is 30 square meters and has a new fitted kitchen incl. Dishwasher. A dining area with an oiled oak table, two leather swing chairs and a living area with leather sofa, carpet and large flat screen TV with satellite channels complete the cozy ambience.
    The sleeping area is equipped with a modern double bed with bedside tables and a large built-in wardrobe.

    You have direct access to the approximately 20 sqm terrace with garden furniture in southern exposure.
    In the garden you will find at the garden house a small barbecue area, which you can use.

    The beach is about 450m, you can walk in a few minutes.
    Smoking is not allowed - non-smoking house!
