"This property was clean and fresh and well appointed. We cooked a full Thanksgiving meal and the kitchen had everything we needed to pull off a wonderful holiday meal. We have stayed at a number of VRBOs over the years and the supplies provided here were plentiful, especially when compared to the meager supplies other hosts have provided. The host was exceptionally responsive and professional. If we were to visit the Williamsburg area in the future, I would definitely want to stay here...

"Wonderful house and property; spacious, clean, well-equipped. Internet connection was flawless. Home theater was a nice touch. Excellent refrigerator and freezer space with two in kitchen area. Guest house was very helpful. Property well maintained and welcoming atmosphere. One of the best things in our experience was the availability of the host who responded to our concerns an inquiries super quick and was always helpful. Would stay there again and recommend to others."

"We arrived to NewPort news around 2:30 and checked into the home on 245 Chapel St. @ 3pm. Once I got my mother and family members settled in my husband and I went to the other home 701 Smith St. without complications. My husband and I were not impressive about the neighborhood or the distance from the home on Chapel St., which they stated that the homes were walking distance; approximately 7 minute drive across the town. The home on Smith St. was nicely clean on the inside. We slept there...
