"Very nice new and comfortable hotel and rooms. Excellent breakfast and nice lively bar. Location close to Marina is very nice and close to historic center and waterfront within walking distance. Staff not very engaging but OK. Strange parking policies, parking spaces on the property are "valet" while there are plenty free spaces especially in the off season so it is very empty at the hotel parking and full at the free public parking."
