Staff were so nice- especially Anna! All staff were so accommodating and helped us with whatever we needed. Beautiful place to stay at. Personally wouldn’t recommend over 3 or 4 nights in colder weather as it does get a little hard to figure out plans.

The room was comfortable, exceptionally clean, quiet and with a well-equipped kitchenette. Alexander Inn is a short walk from Westfield, bus stops, train station, plus handy to motorway access so makes it a great place to be based in when exploring Auckland.

The one downside is there is no air con and whilst there was a thermostat we didn't really understand it because there are not vents in the ceiling, so the warm was quite room.
