UNIT 4 - Pinal Creek East - Amethyst Unit

  • This property was formally one huge house that was recently converted into 5 separate apartments. This particular unit is Unit 4 with parking just downstairs from the unit. The Unit itself is a studio which has an open concept bedroom and Kitchen. There is a queen size bed and a cute sitting area for eating or working under a Roku TV. The bathroom is also spacious with a shower in it. These units are updated but have managed to keep its 1900s charm.

    *no washer/dryer currently*. THERE IS 1 SET OF STAIRS TO GET THE THE UNIT. Please see photos

Great place, room was spotless when I got there, would recommend for sure! Host was super helpful with any questions I had and nice and quiet place. Only downside I’d say was the smell of the water there but it wasn’t terrible. But I’d definitely stay there again.
