"The key did not work when we got to our room, normally not a big deal. There were no towels in the room, which meant I had to make another trip down to the receptionist. Then the toilet would not flush. For some reason the water line was disabled."

"the carpet was damp and sticky , i had to wipe my feet with wet towels every time i walked across it because its summer and i didnt have socks , and the towels were black . It looked like i had been walking barefoot in a parking lot."

"Such a cute cabin located blocks away from Splashway! My family enjoyed the games and amenities. Host thought of everything you would need. Upstairs gets a little hot during the summer months, but wasn’t unbearable for our children. Overall, a great experience!"
