There was no information that the hotel lobby was under major construction when I booked the room. Waited in hallway too long for someone to come to temporary desk to check us in. We almost left. Hotel was quiet but also hardly anyone was there. Very clean other than the major construction. Was very disappointed because I booked this room for my partner to experience the charm of the entry, lobby etc. It was his birthday :( Bummer

The property was under renovation...something that was not communicated on their website nor on the 3rd party website. The hotel was understaffed at the front desk. It was incredibly noisy with furniture being moved around at night and dogs barking in neighboring rooms. Not an enjoyable experience.

No longer Denver Hotel now called Maximillian Anderson (?). Lot of renovation being done. Industrial design in the rooms. Great location right across from the train station.

The hotel is in a great location. The front desk staff was very nice. There is currently a lot of renovation going on. The bed that we slept on was really bad, for some reason it was sloping down on both sides.

Room was clean and comfy, however definitely on the small side with minimal toiletries and linens. No mention was made about some rather major lobby construction that apparently is linked to a name change and new owner. The location is excellent to walk anywhere in the local area with plenty of shops and stores.
