We're sorry to hear of this situation. If we're not completely certain if someone was smoking, we would not charge the guest, as no guest admits to smoking. 150 is not nearly worth the bad reviews, guest/employee frustration, chargeback dispute, etc. However, if we don't charge for it when we're certain, it won't act as a deterrent to keep our property smoke free. However, I do apologize that the communication here seems like something we could've done better with. I started 2 weeks ago and that won't happen on my watch.
