I used one of the lobby restrooms around noon. Later at night, the front desk lady accused me for smoking in the restroom. I told her I don't smoke, and the smoking smell was there already when I entered there. Then several days later at checkout, I noticed a smoking charge of $150 was sneaked in my bill without any notification. We had to waste 30 min to try to resolve the issue, and our flight was almost missed. Now after I called the manager, the issue is still not resolved. Not sure how much more time will be wasted. What a great way to treat a costumer.
