Heart of downtown, huge rooftop patio and air conditioning!

Our goal with our home is for you to have F-U-N! Sip cocktails, sunbathe, barbecue, or watch the sunset from our huge rooftop patio furnished with outdoor dining and a comfortable sitting area. Or relax indoors in the air conditioning, a rarity in town. The large living area is perfect for movie watching or family games.

Our home is only blocks from all of Glenwood's finest restaurants, hiking trails, the Hot Springs, gold medal fishing on the Roaring Fork River, and the paved bike path from Aspen to Glenwood Canyon. Enjoy the summer farmer's market just around the corner. Leave your car at home and take the Amtrak, just 3 blocks away.

There is room for the whole family plus a friend or two. One bedroom has a king bed with a pull-out trundle bed option for little ones. The second bedroom has a queen and twin beds. The couch in the living area converts to a queen bed.

Perfect spot

We loved staying here! It was the perfect location to walk to all the fun restaurants and shops in town. We have stayed here before and it never disappoints.

perfect place

We've been to this vrbo before, as well as two others over the past few years, for a space to gather with family ski trips. It is perfect in many ways, which makes us return: lots of room, great deck, clean, well-stocked, great communication, easy to access, excellent location for everything! we can relax, play board games, have lots of space, great kitchen and dining areas to gather, plus the option to bring pets. Overall, we'd recommend this place to others who want to relax, ski and soak up the fun in Glenwood Springs. This place never disappoints!

It's all about the decks and the views!

Wonderful spacious place, great hanging out areas and great cooking supplies and stocked kitchen. The decks though, wow! Comfy furniture and breathtaking views. Overall the place is spacious, clean, stocked, perfect.

Excellent Location and Host

We had an amazing stay and loved the location. They supplied plenty of bedding and towels which I haven’t found often with VRBO stays so we really appreciated that. It was also snowing and they provided a snow shovel and salt which was a huge help. They were great at. Communicating and very kind. Thanks for a great stay!! We will be back!

Comfortable stay, great location

The property was clean, cute and cozy. It was in a quiet, safe location within walking distance to shops and restaurants. My father in-law lives to watch football and we had terrible trouble with the cable box. We reached out for assistance several times with no response. Thankfully it wasn't an issue with heating or plumbing! Overall, we would stay again but communication could be improved.

Cute place that’s in rough shape

It’s in a great location and has a lot of potential. There were several damaged items and issues upon check-in. The kitchen faucet was broken and sprayed all over the kitchen, the towel rack and shelf in the bathroom were also broken and just sitting on the floor of the bathroom. Some blinds and the leg of a nightstand in the queen room were broken. One of the blue chairs was soaking wet upon check and soaked through the pants of one of our guests. A lounger was broken on the outside deck. I’ve never rented a house with so many issues. I notified the property manager right away and unfortunately never heard back.

Month-long stay

My husband & I stayed for the month of Sept 2023 to be near our daughter, who lives nearby. We chose this property for the location & outdoor space, which were both excellent, & because it was pet friendly. We love older homes with character, and this one had much of it! The rooms, closets & laundry room are spacious. The kitchen was equipped for our needs (past experience has taught us to travel with items most important to us). We had a small issue with the faucet spray, which the landlord immediately fixed (Thank you!!). The front door mud room was a nice bonus, as it was a perfect area to leash up the dogs & for us to store our trailer hitch & grate. The hot water & pressure were good. The single bathroom & shower stall are a bit small, without much counter/shelf space. I would recommend some shelving along the walls & in the shower. The large bathroom window was much appreciated 😉. The deck is fantastic! We spent all of our time out there. The only negatives we had were that the beds & sofa were not very comfortable, & our dog was not a fan of the open-step metal staircase leading to the apartment. What we loved most: the deck & large windows facing all 4 exposures, which creates a nice cross-breeze. Overall, we enjoyed our stay & would rent here again.

We truly enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room, comfy beds and pillows and the rooftop patio was wonderful! It was a great location as well, perfect for our hot springs adventures. Kayce provided clear instructions for the check in process and parking. She checked in to make sure everything was going well and check out was a breeze!

Perfect Family Time

This place was great! Had everything we needed! I came with 7 girls ranging from 6-62. Plenty of blankets, towels and hot water! My dad was happy with the deck!

We stayed here to experience beautiful Glenwood! We did the adventure park and hot springs, it was all so close. The space and view from the deck was an awesome bonus!
