We are thoroughly sanitizing all surfaces and linens between guests.

This house has it all - location and charm. Built in 1890, we are in the core of downtown - one block to restaurants, shopping, and bars. Sit on the front porch and watch the world walk by. The Hot Springs are just a skip over the bridge. The Scout Trail is 3 blocks up the street, and the Doc Holiday trail is 5 blocks. The train station is around the corner. The bike path to Aspen and through the canyon is 4 blocks. Gold medal fishing is nearby. You can experience it all without getting in a car!

Don't worry about laundry, there is a washer and dryer in the house. Each bedroom has black-out shades so you can sleep in or take a mid day siesta. There is a pear tree in the front yard and a BBQ grill on the porch. Each bedroom has their own AC unit and can be controlled seperately.

The high quality, casual furnishings will allow you to relax and feel at home. Put your feet up on the sofa or cook breakfast in our fully furnished kitchen.

Tot-sized items are available upon request (Pak-n-play, high chair, toys).

Glenwood Trip

Great little unit with everything you need for a short stay! There is no yard for dogs, so just know that you will need to walk your dogs around the cute Victorian neighborhood.

Glennwood Getaway

This property was a great home base for everything Glenwood Springs has to offer! Walking distance to all restaurants and the hot springs, and a short drive up to Sunlight for a day of skiing. The house is also fully stocked, which allowed for some home cooked meals as well!I cannot recommend the property enough for your next trip to Glenwood. We look forward to coming back!!

Great Location in Downtown

This property is great for a visit to downtown Glenwood Springs. A very easy to walk to restaurant row and the hot springs pool make it so you don’t have to worry about driving far.The house was clean and comfortable with enough room to spread out and get comfortable.

Great stay in prime location walkable to everything. A bit pricey given quality- but location makes up for the that. Also prime ski season so I’m sure that played into cost. Overall, great stay!

Fantastic place for family vacation

We had a wonderful stay in this cute little house. This place was the ideal size for our family of four and the perfect location to walk to the shops and dinner. The host was easy to contact and immediately responsive. We had a wonderful experience.

Location was perfect

Second time we have stayed at this property and it continues to be great. Restaurants are around the corner and the hot springs are an easy walk. Being pet friendly was a big plus for us. Kayce and Clark are easy to communicate with.

Great family stay/phenomenal location

Clean and tidy. Stocked with all the things we needed in the kitchen. The beds were comfortable. The air conditioning made sleeping comfortable. We loved being with in walking distance of restaurants, ice cream shops, and hot springs.

Unbeatable location, a little funky

We had a great stay! This location was absolutely perfect for a 3 day girls weekend to celebrate a big birthday. We walked to both Iron Mtn and Glenwood Hot Springs, hiked practically right out the front door and ate several delicious meals just a stones throw away. The hosts were very responsive too. The little house has a few quirks but was more than functional and perfectly sized for the 3 of us.

Fantastic Stay

It would not be possible for the house to be located in a better place. Home is cute and clean and literally in the middle of everything. We could walk to everywhere and catch free bus within blocks. The stay could not have been better. Hosts were great.

Perfect location, perfect house. Everything that you could need. Kitchen well stocked, great to have a washing machine and dryer, beds are really comfy, shower powerful and hot. Very convenient parking. 10/10 woukd highly recommend.

Perfect location, cozy home

Although the location may be the home's best feature, the friendliness of the owners and the cute design were also excellent. The beds were extremely comfortable, and kitchen and porch made for nice places to relax and chat. We could easily walk to stores and restaurants and the pool and a couple of hikes were within a short distance, even with kids and grandparents. The owner was welcoming and accommodating and also helped with honest suggestions for restaurants and activities appropriate for our group. We will certainly stay there again!

Good location, improvements needed

The location was good and we had most of the thing we needed. Our stay could have been more comfortable with more than one roll of toilet paper, a window covering on the front door, and a porch light. The hosts communication could have been improved by replying to these concerns. Host did try to provide a phone number and a website for local information, however, these were blanked out by Vrbo.

Incredibly cute cottage that is conviently located in town

We loved staying at this adorable cottage style home. It is in easy walking distance to all the restaurants and shops and the hot springs. My two kids (6&4yro) loved their bunk room. The master bedroom had a very comfortable king sized bed. We loved sitting on the front porch and relaxing. Only negative was that it was hot when we visited and with no air conditioning at night it was slightly uncomfortable. However, I suspect very few if any accommodations in town have air conditioning.

Quaint older property

Good location. Older home, but well taken care of. Not as clean as advertised. Belongings and trash from previous guests left under the beds. Home smelled like old cigarette smoke, but not so bad as to be intolerable. Overall, fit what we needed, and thankful to find affordable pet friendly rental.

Great location!

The property was exactly as listed. It was a great location. We used Glenwood Springs as a hub for skiing at the local areas, and it was nice to be able to park the car and walk to the hot springs and dinner options at the end of the day. Communication with the host was nonexistent, I sent several messages that were never returned. I did not try to call them as we did not have an emergency. My only concern would’ve been if something happened that I wasn’t gonna be able to get a hold of them. Otherwise, we would stay here again due to the convenience, space, and good value.

Glenwood springs get away

The house and the location were perfect for spending a few days in Glenwood Springs! Easy walk to restaurants, coffee shops and even the pool. The house was clean and supplied everything we needed.

Great Fall weekend

Great location in heart of Glenwood Springs. Owner very responsive. Comes with one parking spot but plenty of additional street parking available within 2 blocks. Hike up 8th street & you're in the mountains on the Scout trail.

Amazing Location- not great communication

The location can't be beat! This house is in a perfect location! We were able to walk to restaurants, the pool, stores, and everything we needed during our 2-day stay. Our major complaint was the lack of communication once we arrived. We received thorough check-in instructions however, that went away once we arrived. We couldn't connect to the Wi-Fi and once we reached out, we never heard back. We also never received check-out instructions or a 'thank you for staying' message. It was quite strange compared to all of our other experiences with VRBO. It is located in an area that felt like high traffic and we heard loud trucks pretty frequently. We felt like some things could use some additional attention: toilet paper was the worst quality, the kitchen wasn't stocked for any major cooking, ziplock bags/foil would be helpful to have on hand and there were clothes left in the dryer when we went to use it. As a side note, there is a crawl space in the laundry area that really needs a lock on it for safety of those in the rental (specifically curious children). Overall, we would most likely stay here again as the location was amazing and space was good- just would like to see some additions.
