"The room is great, the hot tub and the pool were very good. There were some music shows happening in the lobby during the evenings. There was a live bar counter and I liked it a lot. "

"Quaint and unique hotel on the outskirts of town led to a mostly quiet stay. Certainly not a usual choice for a hotel but the campy cheekiness of the property certainly adds to the experience. It's what life is all about. The playground is a huge plus for families with kids, or kids at heart. I'm 53 and had lots of fun on the inflatable and swings. The Blacksmith building (where we stayed) is large enough for 6 and has a stocked kitchenette. I do wish there were lamps though. It's also nice to be able to park right in front of your room. I would 1000% recommend this place again and again. "

"Clean. Beautiful inside and out. Perfect location. Well supplied. We loved our stay in this beautiful cabin on the river. We enjoyed playing shuffle board and cards and fishing (no catching). The forest and the river and the weather could not have been better. The steep drive is a bit of a challenge but just take it slow. We hope to return again. Thank you for sharing this place with us. "
