Very good food in the restaurant, the staff members were amazing and the room(s) were very nice! I would absolutely stay here again. Walking distance to eateries and the beautiful buildings downtown.

Welcoming, friendly and flexible. Very spacious bedroom and bathroom. Clean and well maintained. Bed mattress felt a bit old but we still managed a good sleep.
Convenient location. Easy walk to restaurants and city centre. Just a few minutes walk to Otago University, museum, hospital, botanic garden, etc. Ideal for a family.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was a welcome retreat from the graduation ceremonies at Otago University. The beds were comfortable, the scenery spectacular. On the two days we had to ourselves, the children lived on the beach and in the kayaks. Highly recommend.
