    Om Home is a stunning multi-level retreat designed for comfort and enjoyment, offering breathtaking ocean views from nearly every room. The top floor features the main living area with:

    Spacious, fully equipped kitchen
    Dining area with ocean vistas
    Cozy living room with incredible ocean views
    Smaller deck for elevated perspectives
    Sleeping arrangements across two levels:

    Third Floor (Main Level):
    Primary Suite: King bed, full bathroom with an ADA shower.

    Second Floor:
    Guest Room 1: Queen bed, sofa sleeper, sliding door to deck.
    Guest Room 2: Futon, sliding door to deck.
    Shared bathroom with a walk-in shower.

    Amenities include:
    Cable TV & DVD player with movie selection
    Books & binoculars for wildlife spotting
    High-speed Wi-Fi
    Spacious bedrooms and clean, functional bathrooms (one with a unique circular window).
    Please note: An elevator is available for transporting luggage and items between floors. It is not recommended for guest use due to unreliability.

    Guests will have private access to the entire Om Home property.

    Beach Access: Easy public beach access is located approximately one block south of the home. Please note there is no direct beach access from the property itself due to its cliffside location. For your safety, guests must not cross the fence.
    Parking: Private parking is available for up to three vehicles directly at the home. Street parking is not permitted. We cannot accommodate boats, trailers, or RVs.

    Interaction With Guests
    Host interaction is minimal, allowing guests privacy and a self-sufficient stay. We are available remotely via message or phone for any questions or assistance needed during your visit.

    Please keep the following important details in mind for a smooth and enjoyable stay at Om Home:

    Maximum Occupancy: Strictly 8 persons, including all adults, children, and infants. This limit cannot be exceeded at any time.
    Elevator Use: The elevator is provided for transporting luggage and items only. It is not recommended for guest use due to unreliability.
    Beach Access Safety: Public beach access is one block south. For your safety, please do not attempt to cross the fence from the property to access the beach directly, as the home is situated on a cliff.

Great place to stay

A very nice location. Up on a hill overlooking the beach and ocean. Access to the beach is a couple of blocks walk with an interesting mini cliff that you have to negotiate or you go further down the beach to have an easier climbup/down. The house would be great for a multi family or couple.

Our Wedding Anniversary Getaway

The views of the Ocean were great. This house realistically has two bedrooms and a large sleeping area open to common space. It was awesome for us, our infant, and our dogs. I think it could be a great spot for two couples or a group of people who don't mind sharing the same sleeping space. The ADA shower was very useful for washing our baby. There are no staircase barriers at the property so keep an eye on kids who have falling down the stairs capability. We would definitely stay there again.

We loved this location and the house was great! I will say that in an email, there was a comment about a hot tub. We were expecting a hot tub and disappointed when we arrived and there was no hot tub. The listing also noted there was a grill. We didn’t realize it was a charcoal grill and had to make a separate trip to get charcoal. Not a huge deal, but would’ve appreciated if it was listed as a charcoal grill in the description!

The home was well appointed on the inside The host responded adequately to an unexpected power outage. The instructions for entering are to be read carefully, it was a little confusing getting in.It took awhile for the home to heat up, maybe a new thermostat would be needed. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of blankets and dishes, etc. There are stairs and the elevator is not reliable, as is stated,for humans to ride in but,is okay to use for belongings, which was very helpful. Most important We were concerned through our stay about the state of stability of the ground beneath the house. I will be writing to the Oregon Vacation homes about that. The decks on the home do not look well supported, so you may want to ask about that. The home is on a cliff that has a fabulous view of the ocean, but that instability was on our minds throughout our stay.
