"The staff and the hotels appearance was very nice however our air conditioner was broken and none of us could get any sleep because of how loud it was."

"The room was fine, the bed was very uncomfortable, pillows were rock hard. Breakfast started at 0600 at 0620 only 4 people were eating and only thing left was sausage for hot items so we left, very disappointed. No one was cooking, no one at front desk to let them know either."

"I scheduled this room with free cancellation however, when I decided to only stay two nights instead of three I was told that the hotel would not allow me to cancel without losing my reservation for every night due to the hotel being sold out. I tried three times to cancel one night within 6 MONTHS of the reserved dates. I contacted the hotel and was told that it was hotels.com not allowing me to change reservation but when talking to hotels.com I was told it was the hotel not allowing me to change. I don’t know who was taking advantage of the situation but I will be cancelling my hotels.com account and will consider a different hotel next time. Hotel was fine but extremely dissatisfied with both parties."
