Staffs very nice and very helpful. Motel had a problem with the plumbing. Staff advised us and located us at another place. Everything went smoothly . They took everything in charge.They were very pro active . It was very appreciated. Room was clean. Greeting from Quebec. Coming for sure next year

This hotel was charming and quaint. We loved the walkability to town. Parking was easy. Our room was cute. It kinda felt like we were walking up the stairs to our bedroom. The main area of improvement would be to jazz up the energy a bit. The staff didn’t particularly engage and it was so quiet (even some music would help!). Finally, it’s the same breakfast everyday, which was just ok.

I had never stayed in such a unique historical property. The rooms were the largest of any hotel I have had, beds comfortable, clean, staff was friendly, mountains in the back of the property, even the soap smelled wonderful.

It was tucked away from the crowds of town but close enough to walk to everything. Easy access to the shore path and to head into Acadia’

The property is located within walking distance to shops and restaurants in Bar Harbor. The oprporty offers unlimited snacks (eg fig bars, protein bars) and drinks (eg water, fruit juices) in the lobby. In the morning, they have a gtab and go breakfast (eg pastries, fruit, yogurt). Plenty of parking. The rooms are not insulated for noise so depending on the side of the building you can get some street noise. No elevator, keep this in mind if you are unable to carry your luggage up one flight of stairs...but I bet the staff would assist too. They are friendly. Will I stay again at the seasider? Yes I would.
