The kid's room is furnished with bunk beds. The bright living room is furnished with a leather sofa set, and the family room has a sofa sleeper, which can accommodate two additional people. The kitchen is perfect for dining, equipped with high-end GE appliances and a granite bar for casual meals. In the summer, guests can enjoy an afternoon of swimming or relaxing on the beach and later watch the sunset from the balcony of the living or master bedroom. The house also has a hot tub in the backyard.

Notice that renters will be issued parking placards which they and their guests must display on the driver's side dashboard of their vehicles, that renters and their guests will be required to park only in designated parking areas, and that failure to park in designated parking areas and/or display the parking placards may result in a citation and fine of $500; and Quiet hours are designated between 9:00 pm and 8:00 am and will be strictly enforced.
