Clearly, it was recently renovated (gutted in fact, and entirely re-built) and no cost was spared. We appreciated having access to laundry on our 12-day Ireland trip. Our host, Mike was very attentive to our needs, going so far as to purchase gluten-free breakfast foods for us on arrival. We really appreciated having that to wake up to! The property location...

Well-equipped kitchen. Quite remote, up a narrow lane, not suitable for driving back after an evening in the pub! Needs a little updating: curtains in bedrooms are very thin, letting in light in the mornings; a couple of floor lamps in the sitting area would make reading easier in the evenings; and a new sofa would be...

"Beautiful house, immaculate. Spacious rooms and large walk in shower. Well equipped kitchen, warm. No satellite TV unfortunately. Great views all round, the sea and the mountains. Very welcoming with owners parents next door if we needed anything. It would have been useful to have a signpost to the property as we did get lost. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here."

"Park Place has an excellent location. Very easy walk to main street Killarney with food and shops. It was a short run/walk to Killarney National Park as well which was a welcome surprise. Parking was very easy. The downsides were that the wi-fi did not work well, if at all; and the hallways were like a motel and not well maintained. The room itself was great and clean. "
