This is hands down such a fantastic hotel, friendly staff and very close to everything. It started with Vanessa at checkin, she was fantastic and was able to get us checked in a little early and provided my sister and I a complimentary bottle of champagne to celebrate our birthday. We went to see La Traviata at the Met Opera and ate at La Grand Boucherie- incredible food, it was a spectacular overnight celebration. It was so special. Highly recommend staying here.

There is was no housekeeping to clean the room. We had to call front desk to get clean towels and while staying we emptied our trash cans daily.
