Wonderful Spring Break stay!

This is our second stay, and it continues to be amazing. Clean, great location, fantastic home base for our annual spring trip to Glen Rose. We can’t wait to come back next year!

Relax and great location

We had 3 generations, and this place was an ideal place to travel to Waco and the square was within walking distance if it had been cooler. I loved the layout, and we enjoyed the quaintness of the house. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Place!

We loved this place for a quick getaway!! Very clean and comfortable house, close to downtown but very private! Our son loved the soaker pool outside! We will be staying here again!!

Great rustic place!

Cozy little rustic home that's very close to the Dinosaur Valley state park. Great amenities, well stocked supplies, and good communication with the owner. Highly recommended

Perfect stay

My three kids (9-13) and I spent a few days enjoying Glenn Rose. The house was lovely and close to everything we needed. We spent time at the river and just enjoying the property. We hope to go again in the fall!

Mid week get-away

My girlfriend and I went to see Dinosaurs Valley state park and Fossil Rim nature preserve. The house was amazinf and cute. Its great for 2 couples. Our dogs LOVED the property too

Fantastic

Everything was great! There was all the amenities needed even down to the simple things for young kids such as colorful plates, bowls, and cups. The outdoor games and activities made it that much better as we spend as much time outdoors as possible. The whole family felt right at home and truly enjoyed the house and the property! Would definitely recommend and stay here again if we make it back to Glenn Rose!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this cute & cozy home! My kids & dog loved the giant backyard! In close proximity to all the tourist attractions in Glen Rose and is the perfect quick getaway from Dallas.

Such a cute place!

The house was so cute and we loved the huge property and all the activities for the kids. Every detail was taken care of even down to having seasonal decorations. The yard and house was so well taken care of. I didn't realize it was so close to a major road with some traffic noise, but otherwise perfect!

Wonderful getaway

This was a lovely farmhouse with a well-equipped kitchen, charming decor, and thoughtful extras. The beds were very comfortable. The back porch was soooo relaxing. Fun table and connect 4 area in the backyard plus seating area down by the creek. The outdoor shower was lots of fun and easy to use. Just a lovely place to stay!

Perfect for 2 couples

We stayed here so we could be close to Dinosaur Valley Park for the Mammoth March. It was a perfect little house sitting on a good sized property. It’s in a neighborhood close to all restaurants in Glen Rose. Both bedrooms have king sized beds and their own bathroom. One bathroom has a connecting outside shower, it was great to use since it was cold outside and the water was hot. The house had everything we needed and it was very clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Delightful accommodation

Located nearby to everything we wanted. This quaint little house was well supplied, spotlessly clean, decorated very well, and very comfy. Nice big yard with a back porch which made watching the deer a plus. All in all, another great experience with VHBO. A very nice stay.

Wonderful Weekend Away

We really enjoyed our weekend away in Glen Rose! Kids and dogs enjoyed roaming the huge property and playing in the creek. We spent a lot of time just hanging out on the deck, playing yard games, and roasting s’mores. Everything was very clean and well-stocked and exactly as described. We would come back in a heartbeat!

Absolutely perfect

Simply put, it was perfect. The house is decorated so beautifully, the lot and space is huge, plus the amenities and location to everything in/around town was amazing. We celebrated my daughter’s 10th birthday and couldn’t have asked for a better place. We will definitely be coming back.

Perfect getaway

This is the second year in a row that we've enjoyed this home during the early spring in Glen Rose. The property has something for everyone. We have 4 kids ranging 2-13 and we always have a blast! The creek and waterfall is fun for everyone. The kitchen has everything that you need and the house is close to a few grocery stores. It's the the perfect basecamp for family adventure. Also, love the outside shower after a run by the big rock state park. We'll be back for many years!

Modern Farmhouse

This is the cutest house we have ever stayed in. The property is just beautiful. The owners knew exactly What they were doing when planning this house as rental! The cutest details everywhere. As soon as you walk in the front door, you feel at home. The beds are so comfortable. The bedding ❀ Bathrooms are just amazing! Tub and shower 
awesome! I wanted to take this house home with me! Very quiet and relaxing. So close to everything in Glen Rose but with a country feel. We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect house and property for two couples

We were two couples, so the two ensuite King bedrooms were perfect. The house is adorable with everything you could need for cooking and the property on the river is gorgeous! We enjoyed walking in the area, made a campfire in the fire pit, used the barbeque grill, and played with the games in the lush backyard.There was great seating in the backyard.The area was quiet, but still walking distance to town. The town of Glen Rose is adorable, with cute shops and friendly people. There was live music in town at Massi's. The park on the Paluxy River down the road was a lovely place to walk and obviously a great place for kids to play in the water. We LOVED the outdoor shower! With double shower heads, it was a total bonus, even on the day that it was cooler out. The beds were comfy! We can't say enough about our totally wonderful stay in Glen Rose
