We do not have blinds for skylight in master bedroom

We do have portable charcoal Grill. Please bring your own charcoal - we provide the sizzle, you bring the fuel! Let's fire up some fun together!

☆ PARKING ☆
Please note that garage is not available for guest use, You can park your car in the Driveway & in the streets for free!

☆ PETS ☆
We warmly welcome dogs to our home, and there is an additional pet fee of $150 per pet per stay that must be settled prior to check-in. However, please be aware that we do not permit cats inside the home.

We have a fence surrounding the yard, which is sufficient to keep normal-sized dogs contained. However, please be cautious if you have smaller dogs, as they may be able to escape. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation during your stay.

☆ TRASH ☆
For guests on a short stay, we kindly request that you take care of your trash by helping us on putting out by the side of the backyard's gate when you check out or Monday/Wednesday/Friday night, the sanitation workers will pick up every Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday early morning. Thank you for understanding!

☆ CESSPOOL ☆
We wanted to remind that please do not overload the fragile plumbing system as it will cause trouble.

☆ NO CABLE☆
Please note that we do not provide cable TV in the house. However, there is a TV available for you to use with streaming services ready for entertainment, Netflix provided.

A reminder that we do Lawn care every week, it is random day during the day but we will let you know!
