"Very disappointed with my stay at Motel 6 in Laurel. The toilet did not work properly, which was extremely inconvenient, and the bed sheets were dirty when I arrived. Cleanliness and basic room maintenance should be the minimum standard for any hotel. Overall, this stay was uncomfortable and not worth the money. I would not recommend staying here unless improvements are made."

"The check in agent was great and friendly whe. I arrived… a different experience at check out though as the agent named McKenna …An African American lady who clearly did not want to be there was the rudest person I’ve EVER had wait on me!!!!!!I’ve stayed at lots of Holiday Inns etc and even worked for the company in Minneapolis from 1986-2000.. but NEVER had an employee speak to me the way she did. I went to check out and give her my card keys. I didn’t see her hand . I said my room # and she said “ how rude “.. I said what?? Me?? She said “Yes your being rude I had my hand out”….. I advised her I didn’t see it which I didn’t .. who the heck speaks to a customer that way ???.. wow!! She needs to go back to customer service training cause that alone will have me bad mouth this property and never stay there again., your company should be ashamed that that’s who is the face to check out/ in too.. "
