The doorknob mechanism on the inside was rigged not to lock after the guest leaves, and only locks when you're inside the room. An open condom wrapper was left between the mattress and the headboard, along with cigarette buds in a non-smoking hotel. When trying to cancel or switch rooms, the front desk was unaccommodating. "
