"Vi fick ett varmt bemötande av den trevliga receptionisten som uppgraderat vårt rum åt oss, överlag fantastisk service från all personal vi mötte. Hotellet ligger magiskt vackert på en höjd med utsikt över havet, och hotellet i sig var supermysigt och vackert inrett. Frukosten var superb! Definitivt ett ställe att rekommendera!"

"This is such a pleasant and quirky inn. My 'blue room' was filled with antiques and knick knacks, just like in the pictures. Self check-in was simple and handy. The breakfast, at Cafe Moller next door, was pleasant and varied, with friendly service. Johan, the manager of Cameo, was also quick to respond to any inquiries, and always kept a heaping bowl of fresh fruit in the lounge for guests. That was a lovely extra touch."

"The folks there are so helpful And friendly, the room is on the small side but comfy and our room had a little terrace to sit out on in the evening. The breakfast is very nice and the hotel is so close to the train/bus station and in the old town with many shops and restaurants."

"This B&B is not central but a 15 minutes walk is reasonable for us. We received a code prior to our arrival to enter the building and the key was in the door of our room, ready for us. Not a big room but still comfortable. I didn’t realised before booking that the bathroom and shower were outside the room and shared, but thy were dhared with only one other room and clean. The shower (room?) was pretty small, adding some hooks would be useful. The breakfast was good: good coffee, bread, jam, butter, fish, cheeses, vegetables, cereals, yogurt, juices, different kind of milk… very good in general with a warm welcome from the owner or the person who worked there. We had the option to eat outside on the patio too. For the price, I was pleasantly surprised. It felt a little but lore like a hostel but this is not negative, in fact people were nice and the place was clean, quiet and comfortable."

"Great Breakfast - good ambiance and food was delicious. Apple and Pear Orchard was a Plus - love the beautiful scenery and atmosphere. Guy - Owner was very friendly and accommodating, we appreciated the hospitality while staying at Stora Herrestad. We will definitely consider staying again in the future . "

"Lovely characterful hotel. Convenient for train and short walk into the beautiful town. Weird lift but it worked fine! Great breakfast. Only downside was some noise from port during day, but not an issue for me as I was out and about. Would definitely stay again in this characterful and atmospheric hotel, but just one night next time."
