I paid triple the price since it was a holiday weekend. I thought I would be annoyed by that. However, I have no complaints since David was the most accommodating host. The house had PLENTY of space. The kids had so much fun. We fit 3 families comfortably. We came for the Cowtown Rodeo which is about 25 minutes away. We thought we would only be sleeping here but it turned out to be so nice to hang out it in! Stayed up and played cards. Only thing to know is that all of the beds are twins. It was fine for us but if anyone needs a bigger bed maybe bring an air mattress :) But also - the twins are so comfortable. NOTE: I would bring your own pillows. There are plenty but you may like yours better. Again- David is amazing. Central AC is brand new and only takes a bit to kick in. I was warm when I got there and wasnt sure if it was working but 20 min later we were cool as cucumbers!! Will be staying again :)
