"Well, first the front desk person didn't give us a key. So I had to walk all the way back to reception to get the key. Then we noticed that there was no electricity in the room, so I had to walk back again. They told us to switch rooms and gave us the key to the next place. The last thing was that the hair dryer didn't work. Staff wasn't very accommodating or sorry for the multiple inconveniences. Water park was amazing as usual and breakfast was delicious. "

"Very friendly staff. Plenty of parking €3 per night. Fast electric car chargers 1 minute away. Very clean rooms and good beds and shower. Nice little bar in the foyer. Close to the motorway but far enough away so you don’t hear any traffic. "

"This property resonated with the old German charm I was hoping to encounter during our summer trip to Germany! The rooms were all different and comfortable, and the dining room and great hall / game room areas were perfect for our group of 13 to hang out and have a few drinks while the kids playing a couple of games of pool. The host, Alex, was wonderful to talk with and contributed to the overall welcoming experience we all had. I would highly recommend this property to anyone considering...
