We loved the location - close to the University of Glasgow and many restaurants. If you want to enjoy life as a local, and not a tourist, this is a great location. The property is small, but neat and clean and an efficient use of space. It is up several flights of stairs, very manageable, as long as you are aware. Very good communication with Shannon.

Comfortable bed. Tesco express nearby. Internet was speedy. Rooms are clean. Excellent toiletry options. There is a basketball court nearby so could have noises during weekend. Lots of restaurants and cafe nearby. Close to underground.
A bit of technical issue when trying to contact the host for check in. Expedia apps didn’t work well with external host. However, I was able to get hold of the host eventually who welcomed me in the flat.
Taxi drive found it hard to find the flat as the flat number was not very obvious (on the door), not on the building exterior.
Had to help drying the bedding in the wash on day 1. But it is convenient to have all the amenities
